A.  alcohol is a depressant, but will loosen inhibitions

B.  amphetamines will have them boouncing of the walls instead of in bed.

C.  amies started out as a heart medication to dilate blood vessels during chest pain.

D. Marijuana - I have no idea what it would do.  Probably relax you to much.

I would say amyl nitrite.  If taken at the right time may dilate the blood vessels to heighten an o****m.
