a job that requires a enhanced disclosure it says about any final written warnings. Does this mean in employment or police or both

  1. I think that it very much depends on how the question is worded and what the job/position is you are going for.

  2. This is an employer's offer of a last chance to come clean about anything the new employer might want to know.  It is a "we will find out but it is better if you tell us" warning.

  3. Depends on the jobs security level requirements

  4. Enhanced Disclosure will only show what is recorded about you on the Police National Computer, i.e. charges, convictions and cautions etc. A final written warning is between you and your employer and has nothing to do with criminal record checks, it is an employment matter.

  5. A row between your Boss and you is not material.  

  6. Enhanced disclosure only gives records of crimes committed and time spent in prison, or charges, nothing to do with final warnings in the work place.
