hi, my compute will not let me access my bank account and keeps saying that the cookies are disabled and offers advice how to enable them. I follow the instructions, Control Panel, Internet Options, etc. go to Security tab and change the settings, to allow third-party cookies. I restarted PC and it still comes up with the message that the cookies are disabled. I've tried in a couple in Internet Options to change to enable cookies but it still won't work. When I first got my PC it worked fine but this has occurred since the computer downloaded updates, but hasn't worked since. I have Windows Vista. Your help would be very much appreciated!
