Enough postage?

I sent a 9x11 envelope with another 9x11 inside to NC from WI. I put 2 stamps on the outter one..is that enough?

Go to the post office and ask them to weigh it.

Maybe - you are close, since they raised the rates recently... just to mail the 9x11 with one sheet of paper inside is .80 cents. If your envelope weighs 2 oz though and NOT 1 oz, it would be .97 (more than 2 stamps). Hopefully they will not send it back.
