  3. Unfortunately not that easy. Unnulment can only be valid if you show that the Marrigae was not really a proper marriage in the first place. So if you fell in love and got married and then he cheated then it is considered a valid marriage. You can however come up with a story about how you were either too young or were forced to get married and were pressured or whatever else you can come up with, but the cheating thing is something that needs to be proved as happening at the time of your marriage and he only married you for his own convenience

  4. yes, you would just apply for a dissolution of marriage (irreconcilable differences) and if the judge asks why then you just tell him what happened.

  7. yes..my sister did it...now it took a while..but she did it. and for the same reasons - he was cheating, with one of their staff members. but she was only married 18 months. so i dont know if that same applies to u........

  8. i dont know how long you have been married but you can surely file a divorce under the terms of irreconcilable differences...most states dont accept grounds of adultery as a term of getting a divorce..
