Atletico Madrid CEO, Enrique Cerezo, admitted that despite all the transfer speculations surrounding the Colombian international they have not received an offer.

"Right now if we budgeted 150 million, we spent 150 million, we cannot spend 180 which is what we have been doing lately, and we have to restrict some costs."
