Enrolment is tomorrow...but I think I'm missing out.?

Question

I go to Westminster Kingsway College and enrolment period starts tomorrow. This September, I will be dong my 2nd year of my course. Before I left college, I have been given a Learning Agreement.

At enrolment, do I still need to fill up an application form and pay fees for student card?

Help would be appreciated.

I don't think you would have to but best thing is to call them up or go in person and double check but make sure they know you have a learning agreement otherwise they might say different.
