Ensure drinks & weight gain?

Just wondering if I could gain weight from drinking ensure. I want to put on a few pounds to stop the in office jokes about the weight i lost. I don't really care what they say but I'm tired of being put on blast by these idiots. Most of them are fat and miserable anyway. I have Premature Ovarian Failure & had a severe sinus infection and in the mist of that I lost 35 pounds. I love that I'm a size 8 when I was a 12 but my hips are gone and I would like a few pounds put on to get more hips. Will drinking Ensure when I don't have a appetite help?

It helped me gain weight. I was tired of people making skinny jokes. One of my friends recommended ensure plus, it has 350 calories. I would drink 2 a day. I gained 20 lbs in about year. The only bad thing is they are expensive, about $8 for a 6-pack, which last 3 days.

Ensure is a great way to get the nutrients of a meal.  I would recommend having it as your drink when your also hungry with your meals.  The extra calories will help.  It doesn't always have to be a meal replacement.  You can have it with your dinner to get the extra calories.  Good luck.

Jeez, people sure are picky these days. I've never heard of being picked on for being skinny.

Ensure is mainly a supplement for people who do not eat well.  I don't think that would really cause you to gain back the 35 lbs you've lost.
