i’ve been thinking about going into the acting field. Here’s some information about myself, and hopefully you’ll be able to judge whether I’d make it.

I am 5’6 ft, 14 years, asian-american, 120 pounds. I don’t have prior experience. I was the main character of a school play last year. I 'm in the gifted program at school. I am a quick learner and learn from my mistakes. I read quickly and I memorize well. I can tolerate things well, and I'm patient. I am decent at dancing and singing, but don’t have any professional experience.

I’m hoping that I have "it". Whenever I talk in a large group, I always suddenly have everyone’s attention. Also, I find it easy to portray different feelings.

Unfortunately I don’t have an agent but I’ll look into it if I get positive feedback.

I’m researching on actinginfo.blogspot.com at the moment…

I know that there’s a LOT of people in the world right now who want to make it, but I like challenges. :)

Thanks for taking your time to read this!

  1. agents are free they dont cost nothing!

if some1 asks you to apy for them to represent yout hent heyre a scam!

and go to talentagents.blogspot.com and click table of contents and click the city near you and call all those agencys asking if they represent girrs/boys your age and if they say yes ask if theres any fees you have to pay and if thye say no but they charge 10-20 % of what you make then theyre a real agency and then ask how you can submit yourself and do that with every agency and every agency that sasy yes write on a peice of paper and how to submit for each one.

and also build up your resume by doin plays and taking acting and singing classes and join your church choir and school choir

    hope i helped

o and for auditions go to actinginfo.blogspot.com

  2. Well yes remember that there are LOTS and i do mean LOTS of people in the world that want to be in the industry, and it's not always a matter of whether you have "it" it also has to do with luck. For example, Arnold Swarchenegger. I also know that two of my friends dad's are actors but have completely different lines of work. They've been acting a good part of their lives but while one made it all the way to a disney channel movie, the other still struggles in small films and usually lands a place as the voice on the radio selling something or another.

I'm not saying give up, just realize that if you want to get into the industry you're going to have to be ready to fully commit and that means everything from meeting with a headshot photographer, to being home schooled in LA.

You need a positive attitude and you have to love it to the point where the smallest roles make you satisfied. Never go for fame or fortune--you'll only get so far.
