Entrepeneur question. What countries in Europe are going to expand in wealth over the next 50 years?

I am an 18 year old entrepeneur and I want to leave England and set up a building surveying business in a developing country in Europe. The reason for this is that there is no work in the UK for unexperienced surveyors, I want to set up my own business and expand to become a popular building surveying company
