Entry Level 3?

what is Entry Level 3 what stage thought school like ks2 ks3

for english i now ks2 is level 1 i'm doing that in maths. but anyting under that is Entry Level english or maths or any subject.

It would depend what you are talking about.  Any levelled instructional programs might have entry levels.  For example, in the English Language Arts REACH intervention program by SRA, Entry level 3 is supposed to be at about beginning of 4th grade level in reading.
