Env2 Battery Won't charge?

I have an Env2 and whenever I charge it the battery is only at one bar. I know i dont overcharge it. It has been a few hours and the battery is only at one bar when i take it off the charger. Another thing I make sure the phone is off when i charge it

Whats the problem?

I recently got an enV2 as well. It's an excellent phone and charges perfectly. Your problem is that you probably messed it up because when you have a cell phone, you're not supposed to charge it at one bar. You need to let it drain out completely and die. (ex: look at pictures, talk on the phone, messing around, etc.) If you do this, your phone will charge perfectly. But if you continue to do what you've been doing by charging it at one bar, your phone's battery is going to get used to not charging all the way and cause battery problems. If this still doesn't work, take your phone to your local Verizon Wireless store... they can help you out as well. Hope this helps!
