Environment Canada - Is there a resource to learn about govt. environment jobs in Canada?

I'm a U.S. citizen who would like to someday work for Environment Canada, the Canadian Dept. of the Environment, as a scientist promoting environmental advocacy.

Unfortunately, there seems to be very little help available from the Canadian jobs site (http://jobs-emplois.gc.ca/ ). The whole site only finds a couple jobs within that department in the whole country, and it seems like there must be more than that available.

Is there another resource for learning about what jobs tend to come up in this department? Anyone have any personal experience with this?

  1. google.com will do the trick..  lol

  2. If you do start working for them, I'm begging you with all my heart, please help stop the seal hunt.

  3. That's the site that all federal government job listings will be found on.  Any currently available jobs within the federal government will be listed there.  If they're not listed there, you won't find them anywhere else.
