Environmental authorities?

Who are some environmental authorites besides the EPA that deal with the issue of global warming??? I can't really think of any more organizations :(

  1. The EPA can set standards but states can and do make laws that are more prohibitive than the feds. Thus the South Coast Air Quality Management District is much more strict than the EPA and can greatly influence air quality and possible global warming issues. The same would apply to water districts.


  2. I DONT BELIEVE THE  E.P.A. DEALS WITH GLOBAL WARMING ANYMORE.= NO NEED.
