Environmental jobs will hire goth ppl?

u know.. alot of jobs wont hire ppl who have goth minds or dress like goth.. i dont have to explain deep because u get the point..

I'm in college and plan to get environmental science degree..

Not sure about their policy/laws or whatever..

Deepends. As an EH&S Global manager I would first look at teh qualifications and then what position would be avaialble. One of our subordinates looks like Mortcia from the Addams family. We don't care, we want the results and the programs and policies followed.

But you might consider a job where you don't have a lot of visibility to the public or the upper management.

Not saying that your manner of style is wrong but people's perceptions are hard to dismiss.

Even better, go 'mainstream' till you get a job then go back to Goth. My guess is Goth is a stage and you won't be dressed that way when you are 50. I know, I was a "hippy" and now you wouldn't guess it.

Remember the long term goal, a job and a nice salary, benefits, the future is more important than maintaining a unique style.

they are a bunch of loons and freaks so they probably will. better to keep all the freaks in one spot.

Don't mention your feelings until you have the job. Dress "normally" for the interview. Once you have the job, you can dress the way you want, so long as it doesn't interfere with the way you do your job.
