  1. Although Arci Rishka gave you the Wikipedia definition, I will attempt to simplify it for you:

Let's pretend that you live in a small community and a factory just opened up a couple of miles away from your house. Let's also say that there is a stream that goes right through your neighborhood. Ever since the factory opened up, waste has been flowing down the stream to your community from the factory. This is an example of Environmental Racism.

The factory is taking advantage of your small community by dumping their waste into the stream you use. They could be doing this intentionally, or it could be a mistake. Either way, factories target these small communities, because they are less likely to protest.

Hopefully that makes a bit a of sense. Oh, and don't listen to Ol Buck. Its obvious that he has no idea what he is talking about..

  2. You have enough in your young life to worry about without worrying about P.C. bulls*it like this. It's just more whacko "Greenie" c**p to poison children's minds.

  3. Environmental racism refers to intentional or unintentional racial discrimination in the enforcement of environmental rules and regulations, the intentional or unintentional targeting of minority communities[1] for the siting of polluting industries, or the exclusion of minority groups from public and private boards, commissions, and regulatory bodies.
