Environmental scientist need in Monterey California Area.?

I have been searching for someone with education or experience in CERCLA documentation and planning, specifically Remedial Investigation/ Feasibility Studies

focused on the cleanup of munitions.

Since this is a niche job, I am willing to train a person with a bachelor's degree in Physical Science, Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Geophyscis, etc. However, this person must have a basic understanding of Environmental Policies, specifically CERCLA.

How can I find this kind of person?

Have you tried Monster or any of the other job hunting sites? That sounds like an easy job to fill. You shouldn't have problems finding a local person. Maybe your local college?

I just graduated from SJSU with a degree in Environmental Studies.   There is a departmental website that may still have others who graduated from SJSU.  You can contact the school and ask someone to post it on the website if you're looking for an entry level candidate.
