not really. its a fraction of the plastic waste floating in the pacific.

if you had a decent and humane legal immigration procedure this would not happen.

I worked for an Ecology department for a Mexican town

and the expenses involved in cleaning up is not a joke

this puts a serious dent in the municipalities budget or raises the taxes
