  1. I can see how the two things could be related, but that's not entirely why I am pro-choice. I consider myself an environmentalist, but the reason I think abortion should be allowed is because a person (including women) should have complete control of what goes in and out of their body. Women are not incubators, and pregnancy should not be "punishment for having s*x." What a ridiculous notion.

  2. sterilize is preferable. Mostly to prevent war

  3. abortion has nothing to do with the environment...its a personal choice but no i dont support it

  4. Abortion is a woman's right (why should someone be forced to have a parasite in their body?), not an environmental issue (if overpopulation ever does become a problem we can always build space colonies so population size itself isn't even an environmental issue).

Though abortion does seem to reduce crime (due to reducing the birth of unwanted babies who are more likely to become criminals later in life) that is merely a side benefit from respecting reproductive freedom.

  5. Personally I'm pro-choice because I believe in a woman's right to choose.  However, I also believe that our overpopulation is causing many environmental problems, so in that sense I also support abortions to help keep our population from getting too large and putting an even greater strain on our environment and its resources.

  6. I try not to make mistakes but I still have an eraser on my pencil.

  7. For the most part yes they do, remember in some views the human child is nothing but a leach upon mother earth.  Actully in some eyes, a leach has far more value.

I have yet to see anyone in the main stream 'green' movement put a human life above anything else.

  8. NO WAY JOSE NO CHANCE NO CHOICE no fear

  9. I am pro-choice, but not because of the environment.  I am pro-choice because a woman should have the right to choose.  If abortions were illegal, many women would still get them, but through dangerous means, which would cause more deaths.

But my views on abortion have nothing to do with the environment.
