The midfielder clearly mentioned in an interview that the Spanish club had to sell Cazorla and Rondon and believes that is not an easy situation for them.

There were many issues being reported regarding the Spanish player, as his wages were not being paid by the fourth-placed La Liga club.
It all started when Villarreal reported Malaga to UEFA after they failed to pay http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Santi-c32503 Cazorla’s transfer fee.
The Yellow Submarine sold their midfield player to Malaga last season and he helped them reach the top four of La Liga.
The deal which involved the two parties had a clause which stated that Malaga will pay Cazorla’s fees in two parts. However, Villarreal reported that even though they received the first part of the payment, they never received the second one.
Later, there were rumours which suggested that Villarreal have reported Malaga to UEFA and now since most of the players’ wages have not been paid by the Spanish side, they have to offload their main players in order to generate cash.

Rumours surrounding the player suggest that he is already in London and giving a medical for the Gunners.
Moreover, the Malaga player, Enzo Maresca, also confirmed in his recent interview that Cazorla and Rondon have departed from the club.
The Italian star openly admitted that the club is going through a crisis and they have already lost players such as Cazorla and Rondon.
While speaking about the crises and how he does not want Pellegrini to leave the club, Maresca said:
"He (Pellegrini) is fundamental for us, just as Cazorla and Rondon were fundamental and who have had to be sold."
"It's not an easy situation for us and I think we are showing that we can put ourselves above all these things."
Malaga finished fourth in the Spanish La Liga last season and will be playing the UEFA Champions League qualifiers. However, if they unable to pay the wages of their players, and are reported to UEFA, they might not be allowed to represent Spain in Europe.
