Benfica’s Enzo Perez is set to depart the club this winter and pen a 6-month loan deal with Argentine side Estudiantes.
The midfielder was the subject of a disciplinary charge by the Reds, due to his insubordinate behavior earlier last month. The 25-year-old chose to remain in Argentina even after his holidays ended and it sparked off a long running controversy, which only
ended recently.
Although the player was reluctant to return to Estadio da Luz, the Benfica officials finally convinced him to do so and placed a hefty fine on him because of his actions in the process as well.
However despite his antics he was reintegrated back into the team and had been training to fully recover from an earlier knee operation.

Benfica president, Luis Felipe Vieira, commented on the situation and revealed that due to the player’s family problems he had been allowed to leave http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Portugal-c2984 and play for a club in his homeland till June.
Speaking to reporters, the official said that the winger’s family issues had become very complicated and out of sympathy, the Lisbon giants had agreed to let him leave the helm on a temporary basis.
