I'm a former meat eater who was able to go vegetarian thanks to Morning Star Farms "meat" products. I just found out there's a good chance I have Celiac or at least some sufficiant gluten intolerance. Cutting the sugar and bread is hard enough, but cutting my fake meats (which are wheat proteins!) are just the kill all. I can't go back to meat, and I'm not a huge fan of tofu at all.Is there a digestive enzyme that would help digest gluten so I can at least have my crumbles and grillers now and then? I read about one (called PEP) that was some gluten enzyme miracle back in 2006 and now seems to have fallen off the face of the planet as far as my searches on the net are concerned.
