Eoin Morgan appointed England Lions captain against Australia – Cricket News Update
The England Lions team for the upcoming 2-match Test series against the touring Australia A, due to take place next month, will be captained by England batsman Eoin Morgan.
The squad announced for the series comprises 13 players, all of whom have played for the England http://www.senore.com/Cricket/JC-Tredwell-c1676.
Players with ODI experience include Stuart Meaker, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/C-Kieswetter-c1206. The significant amount of experience in the squad indicates that selectors are clearly viewing the matches in context of the upcoming Ashes 2013.

the selectors in the extended-overs format of the game.
