Epcot for kids??????

The junior chef program in the Land pavillion at epcot, I heard rumors that it's either closed or under construction. Which one could possibly be true???

originally, that was a special program that they had only during the food and wine festival. then they made it a year around program. then they stopped it. as of now, i have not heard anything about them adding it to this years food and wine festival. but i guess if there are enough guest asking for it, they might.
