I think that would be a tough name to grow up with.  I imagine she would be teased for it, and the nicknames would be equally bad, Pif, Piffy, f***y.  I understand the desire for "unique" names, but it's easy to cross the line to ridiculous.

please no i don't know like it's a good word to pronounce but not as a name it sounds weird like if you name a child that but if you want to it's fine unique name.
