  1. I live in New Hampshire and EVERYTHING is covered for me - even if I was to become sick with the flu Medicaid would cover it.  I don't know what the rules are for your state though - every state is different.  There should be a 1-800 or other number you can call to ask questions like this on the back of your Medicaid insurance card (the one with the numbers you give to the doctors office).

Anyway, good luck!  I'm guessing that an epidural will be covered.  I highly doubt it wouldn't!

  2. i have it in new york and they paid for everything with my daughters birth.  and when i had to get my appendix taken out last month lol

  3. I live in Michigan and am on Medicaid. I called and they do cover the epidural and delivery. I'm sure they cover it in Florida, too. I'd call them and make sure, though! Good luck! :)

  4. It does in Texas.

  5. Medicaid in FL does not cover the epidural unless it is a c-section or I think there is some 'extreme' clause (like severely long labor and cause of emotional damage, but that's iffy)  Call to be sure, though.

  6. It's covered, don't worry. Medicaid covers EVERYTHING! :)
