Epidurals for migraine sufferers?

If you suffer from migraine can you have an epidural? If anyone has had one was their any after effects

I have not personally had any experience on this subject but during the time I was working as a HO Anasthesia for 2 years this matter was discussed by my anasthetic consultant.

As such I was interested in this question and went through a few sites.
