After replacing ink cartridge two times, it does not print correct colors. I had worked for two years pronting perfect pictures. The sat idle for 4 months and upon attempt to use, it said ink low and would not print. I purchased genuine TS846 ink and paper units. After installation, the colors were way off. It would print black as a brown color, green folage is blue. facial colors are close to normal. How does one "
clean the nozzels or the jets. I have moved and lost my operators manual.
