Hi. The printer we have now has been converted to CISS and it was working fine until recently when the two red lights started blinking. Our ink supplier emailed us the resetting instructions and it didn't work the first time we tried it. Their technician went here and they were able to reset it on another computer. However, we noticed that the error message that appears each time we print keeps appearing. After a day or two, we couldn't use the printer again. Another expert said that there may be a problem with the hardware itself (e.g. inkpad) but did not give any instructions on how to solve this. I have notified our ink supplier again about this but I am not sure how long it will take them to get here. Our shop is in Cavite. If there is a step-by-step guide that you can give us that we can do ourselves that would be ideal. Thanks!
