Equate sterile saline solution with ciba clear care?

hi all, i use o2 optix soft contact lenses with clear care, i just bought some saline solution by Equate and it says "soft contact" compatible but is it compatible with clear care?

Use the Clear Care as the package directs. You can use the Equate to rinse them AFTER they have gone through your Clear Care system. You can not use the Equate instead of the Clear Care Solution. It is not the same stuff. It is Sterile saline only and will not clea nor disinfect the lenses, it is only good for rinsing in this case.
