Not all lenders report to all credit bureaus, it's very possible that yours simply doe's not report to Equifax.

Assuming you have paid on time and want the mortgage info there, check with your mortgage company.  It may be they don't work with Equifax, but rather report to one of the other credit reporting agencies.  The reporting agencies can only report what is reported to them.
