Equine EVP?

Question

MY horse recently died of suposdly colic. But I'm not to sure it was colic because his intestens wer not tangled and he wasn't blocked. Please help I thought it might be EVP?????

I'm guessing you mean EHV - Equine Herpes Virus?

On the colic issue, your horse could have had gas or sand colic or a twist that opened up after your horse died.

Talk to your vet about the possibility of EHV.  The fatal strain has several neurlogical signs that you probably would have noticed.

Horses cant talk dear, EVP - Electronic Voice Phenomena only works for humans.

You need a horse psychic, sorry for your loss...

You should also know that colic is complicated and not just from a blockage, more often its from ingestion of a material that becomes poisonous to the horse.
