Erase Memory

Question

Hi, I have a Diamond MP3 player (DSM951-1G). I deleted all of my music, it shows "disc empty" in the music file yet I still show 92% of my memory full. I checked all of the files and show nothing. Is there any way of finding where I am being bogged down? Or any way o re-booting the unit? Thanks.
