I consistently get hard when nude in the locker rooms even if I am there all by myself.

When others are present (other men I don't know), I try to cover it up by wrapping a towel around my waist. Should I do this or try to ignore it.

Erections are common so dont worry about it. If anyone laughs just be good natured about it. I had a big erection in 7th grade and one boy laughed but it was no big deal.
