When I'm with my girlfriend, sometimes I tend to get an erection.

I have a few questions.

Now we are both very young (I'm 17 and she's 16) and have only been going out for about a month. And we don't believe in s*x before marraige.

Now, My questions are...

Should I hide the erection and act like its not there?

If not, should I address the "problem"?

And if we're standing up and I pull her close, should I try to keep her to the side of it or just bring her straight towards me?

And if I do need to address the "problem", what do I need to say to her?

the fact that you are putting the word, problem, in quotes tells me something.  you don't think it's a problem, you know it is normal.  erections have been around before the bible.  use your erection for what it is intended for.

This is absolutely normal - and a sign that you find her attractive. Try to help her get used to it gradually. Girls are programmed to enjoy male sexuality, and she'll come to enjoy the feel your erection; but she's young, and still getting used to all this. Treat her gently, and give her time. What to say to her if you need to? Just that it's completely normal, and nothing to be scared about - a compliment to her really. You could even show her this if it's easier than talking.
