The Giallorossi midfielder has stated that while both the managers use the 4-3-3 system, the Czech international’s approach is much more attacking than his predecessor.

The Argentine joined the Giallorossi from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/River-Plate-c40368 in 2011, and after an impressive performance in the last season, he is looking forward to getting along well with one of the most attack-oriented tactician in the league.
Lamela revealed that a lot of times Zeman’s lessons focus on the players’ off-the-ball movements, and insisted that the concept is something that is not always readily understood by the players.
However, the attacking midfielder maintained that such things can be expected when working with a manager the like of the Czech international.
The Giallorossi attacker went on to shed some light on the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603 tactician’s approach to the game, and revealed that the manager always urges them to take the attack to the opposition, and play right in front of their goal.
While talking to the press, the 20-year-old said:
“Zeman explains the movements to everyone and sometimes we don’t understand them straight away, but that’s only to be expected. He wants us to play right in front of the opposition goal so we can create danger for them.”
Although Zeman and Luis Enrique are both known for their use of the 4-3-3 system, the young playmaker pointed out that there is world of difference between the two.
Lamela stated that the former Pescara chief motivates them to play more vertically, in order for the team to attack much more ferociously.
The youngster went on to praise veteran Francesco Totti, and insisted that the star still has the legs to play in any position despite his ageing career as a footballer.

Lamela made 29 league appearances for his team in the last season, scoring four goals in the process.
