Ernesto Hoost can when a fight against any living person with a swift roundhouse kick to the head in any round, but if Bob Sapp puts him on the ground, there's no way a kick boxer could get out from under a guy 100-150 lbs heavier without extensive grappling training.

In a K1 match, Hoost could win.  I'd say fourth round, because that's typically the round strength starts counting much less and endurance starts counting much more.
