Could anyone help me with this error message, the copier has been down for awhile, There was a code on the screen displayed " H4-00". I've already cleared that message, but there's a new error comes up "E1 -15"
Could you please help me, cos my clients really need this machine to be up and running...
Is there any ways I can cleared this error message,
