Question:

Erosion...?

Ok, Im doing my coursework. Im not asking you to do it for me. Im not sure how to word this bit that Im doing. What I have so far is "Finally, I think footpath erosion has been" then nothing. Should I say something like made worse from the thounsands of people walking on it?

  1. Footpath erosion is something human beings do to  deny nature and deny themselves.


  2. Go on a short hike.

    Any place that has had a concentration of people walking on it shows evidence of erosion, it gets compounded after a winter season.  

    Plants and soil get compacted.  This provides a focal point for water to collect and travel downhill.  Water collects, flows, moves soil particles.  Erosion has occurred.

    Far worse in sandy soils.  Water's not needed.

    Same response for horse, mountain bikes, motorcycle, and automotive trails.

    My professor in English told us to refrain from saying the terms "I think...".

  4. I would say Footpath erosion has been made worse by the increase in people walking about and also not to mention all the cars
