Err is it bad to constantly flex?

does it make your muscles go down cause ive being doing that i feel weaker

  1. No,it actually is better for your muscles because you flexing them,causes them to become stronger and more ripped.Your basically doing a mini workout every time you flex!


  2. Thats whats called isometrics and you may feel weaker cause you're doing too much and draining your energy. Many physical culturists flexed a lot back in the day and they did get strong. The way to keep it under control is to control your breathing patterns. When you can control your breathing then you won't be so drained. Flexing isn't a bad thing at all just the old saying "Doing too much isn't good for you" so watch what you do and learn to use your flexing to your advantage. I used to do a lot of flexing too and I got drained. So when I learned to control my breathing and work other exercises my flexing got easier and my strength went up. Find what works for you. If you love to Flex I really recommend the book Isometric Power Revolution by John Peterson, a strength & fitness author out of Minniapolis.
