Hi i want to buy condoms, you know just in case the real thing happens, but I'm a little bit shy of just going over to HEB and picking a box and going to the cashier and going 'how much?'

so what did you do to buy your own condoms? with out using a credit card/the internet?

Its easy Just pick the condoms up walk over to the counter pay for them walk out lol jk jk srry But seriously its like buying tampons or pads how do u think girls feel? its what u have to do or u could have a std or become a dad... ur pick ?

Ok first NO ONE will notice or even pay attention to what you're buying. But if you're still uneasy, see if you can find a store that has the self service at checkout. If not, see if a friend will get them for you.

They have a self checkout thing at Shaws, and some places like wal-mart, but really just act like you're buying a pack of gum.

They sell condoms in machines in gas station restrooms, that way you don't need to go face to face. The other thing you could do is have a sense of humor about buying the condoms, and go to a male cashier, he'll understand.

Buying condoms for the first time can be a little daunting, however if you act normally then you'll be fine.

Remember that plenty of people buy condoms every day - it's not like the cashier is going to look at you and yell something rude about you having s*x. They sell condoms to 10-20 people in a day.

Tip: If you're really nervous about it then buy them with other stuff, like buy some shampoo, chewing gum and lollies along with them. That way you don't have to stand in the que with a box of condoms only.

Buy a prepaid mastercard or visa card. Just go to your nearest convenience store and buy the card there.. or um.. grow some balls and buy them right there.. they don't care.. really they don't.. Pick a place you hardly ever go to.. They'd probably be more jealous that you're getting some action than judging you

80% of all gas station bathrooms have a machine(probably on the wall) maybe in a stall and you can put quarters in and get one condom. but they are expensive like a dollar each...just man up and go to the store...and think of how fun it's gonna be to shove her and make her moan

there's nothing wrong about buying condoms it aint something you should be ashamed of.. stick with me you can really do it just walk toward the condom box and pick one put it in ur pocket or into your jacket and leave the store .. this way you won't need to go face toface therefore no embarassment will come along :)

if u cant go buy condoms, trust me, ur not ready for s*x, i just walked up, smiled, and bought em, they get easy 10-20 people per hour so they wont remember who bought what

its a little weird the first time you buy them that is for sure.  

what my boyfriend in high school did was go to the store that he knew somebody working at a cash register.  it made it slightly less awkward.  

what might also work, is if you go to like target or something, get a hand basket and buy a couple other things and then just hand the whole basket to the cashier and like... distract yourself with a magazine or something because the anxiety of watching their face will drive you insane!!

also, if you dont know what kind to buy or whatever, just get trojans.  

if youre worried about the cost, they are like $10 for a box.

hi its me again, remember, cashiers dont really pay attention to what youre buying.  i was a cashier once and i was more concerned about what time it was, i hardly ever looked at what people bought.

Well, if your friend is REALLY shy, like the kid in the movie, "Summer of  '42", he could do like that kid did. He told the pharmacist that they were for water balloons.

Seriously, there's places like Planned Parenthood and local Health Departments that actually give them away.

I'm a female and in addition to having to buy tampons and such, I also buy condoms for "just in case". I feel that if a person is mature enough to be having s*x, that person should be mature enough to take responsibility for their actions.

My best advice would be go to a big supermarket, buy a couple of things and some condoms. Honestly the checkout person will not even bat an eyelid.

Chances are they probably have s*x themselves, and if they're not, they are probably jealous your are!!
