Error 0x80040702 while installing corel draw 11

when i try to install corel draw 11 it shows me a message 'error 0x80040702' after that installation stops and it doesnt install the software for me. I dont know what problem it relates to. I urgently need to install this software as i have to do some very urgent work. Please help immediately. Thanks
