Error 1303 on itunes?

i have recently added around 2000-3000 songs to my itunes because they erased somehow, and now every time i press sync, a little box thingy comes up saying

Attempting to copy to the disk "GEOFF'S IPO" failed. An unknown error occurred (-1303).

Please help, as you can see, i need my music :(

    I have the same error and am logging in as the admin, the only user i have on this computer...

    Can anyone explain how to solve the prob?
