Error 32, Time warner Cable...help?

I just had a digital box installed today, I really want to use Entertainment On Demand...

Whenever I try to watch a movie/show it says the movie/shows currently unavailable (Error 32)..

I don't feel like calling time warner, they're possibly closed anyway.

Please tell me why I can't watch any of the on demand items?

That happens to me all the time, dont bother calling there isnt really anything they tell you to do about it except wait awhile. the only solution that works normally is just restart the box and it usually works fine after that.
