My DVD/CD-Rom drive doesn't work. It comes up with error 39, may be corrupt or missingTSST corp CDDVDW-TS-L632H ATA Device driver corrupted or missing (code 39)
I have a Toshiba Satellite (just got it today) it workd for awhile then quit.I have not tried anything yet. I ned step by step info (computer 101 for a novice)
