  1. The error 507 means there is no operating system on the BlackBerry device. You will need to install an operating system on it in order to have it work.


  2. True follow this link to help you reload the software:

    Install the Desktop manager.

    If you don't have the CD go to

    http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/dow...

    Click either "access your service provider download site" or

    "Download Blackberry device and desktop Software"
