Error 691 when I try to connect to Internet?

Question

I've been trying to connect to Internet from my aunt's PC, but it keeps saying "Error 691, invalid user name and password...". It's the first time I get that message since, usually, it connects automatically without having to type the password. My aunt gave me the password, but it didn't work. I did a little research to solve this problem but nothing worked. Any ideas ? I think there's a sort of account issue.

ru using an dial-connection or using dsl?

though this problem occur with me when cables r not connected properly u can call the isp or phone company for this they can assist u better becoz they hear u on phone :-)
