Error CA for LG air conditioner model Q-12 AWR

Please if someone has some support information for this model to send me a solution. On the display of the indoor unit writes CA and the indicator of the outdoor unit beeps constantly. The air conditioner do not works properli in heat mode, the model is Q-12 AWR Art cool inverter.
