Error Code E000 on Cannon Imagerunner 1600 Copier

Question

We lost power at the Street level a few months ago and we've had a System Error Code E000 on our Cannon Imagerunner 1600 Copier ever since. We have no service contract on this copier so we tried powering down, unplugging, nothing resets it. Any idea how to remore/re-set this error code so we can use the copier again?
