Error Code SC 367

Question

had message saying used toner bottle almost full, so we thought that meant the pull out cartriges in the compartment below the toner bottles.
to save money as you do, we hoovered these out, then received the above code any ideas? p.s. still dont know where the toner bottle is placed??
